“Change is the name of the game. And Change is good – sometimes unexpected, sometimes welcome, always a little unsettling. I was a successful Property Manager and Real Estate agent for a number of years – happy with the familiarity of my job, co-workers and the customers who (for the most part) liked me.

“It was just like they say: a job offer came along when I wasn’t even looking. The job description was something I’ve always wanted to do, more money, close to home and the Company was miles above my then current Mom & Pop organization.
